The people who clean and perform maintenance are excellent but management is unwilling to listen to tenants and compromise in anyway If they legally could they would have evicted me during the covid19 crisis

At first the apartments were not bad The kitchen is updated and great and the space is nice for the price but there were issues while my wife and I lived here The heat in the apartment was always at 80 degrees even though we had the thermostat turned At first the apartments were not bad The kitchen is updated and great and the space is nice for the price but there were issues while my wife and I lived here The heat in the apartment was always at 80 degrees even though we had the thermostat turned off Also for anyone coming in the walls are THIN We can hear our neighbors every single day on all sides and upstairs is especially loud My biggest annoyance was that the lot was not frequently plowed during the winter and it took a few days after heavy snow fall for them to clear it This caused cars getting stuck in parking spaces Overall not terrible just know what youre buying more ... hide ...
