I GIVE ZERO STARS...... HARASSMENT FROM MANAGEMENT WHEN A REPAIR IS NEEDED. WILL NOT FIX REPAIRS, including water damage, in a timely manner. UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, POOR MANAGEMENT. UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, POOR MANAGEMENT. ALLOWS STALKING FROM FELLOW TENANTS, THAT TESTIFY AND COMMIT PERJURY BUT WILL NOT HELP OUT WITH THE SECURITY FOOTAGE. MISSING PACKAGES. 11 DAYS AND WATER DAMAGE REPAIR NOT FIXED, BOARD IS WRECKED. BOWING IN FLOORS, BOWING OF THE UPSTAIRS STAIRWELL (can view from basement), NO OTHER REPAIRS DONE. followed by harassment for being loud at 1:30 pm for cleaning my childs room/ toy box, no noise ordinance, so cannot even clean your apartment without harassment.Water damage is worse and still leaking pipe. 12 days as of 7/19/22 that management Nancy has done nothing to fix, beam is at risk of failure n damaging rest of beams.
