Whatever you do dont move to Windsor valley, my ceiling fell down due to their negligence when I asked repeatedly to look at the walls(they felt wet), and they stuck me in an empty 2 bed with an air mattress like a dog in a kennel for 13 days!! Dont go there, come here!more ...hide ...
I no longer feel content living here. The staff are impolite, never respond to calls, and make you go to the office too often since they have misplaced something (paperwork, rent money, etc). My husband and I have been sharing a single bedroom with our daughter for two years, but we haven't been shifted to a two bedroom yet. I cannot wait for our lease to finish in a few months so we can move away from here. Maintenance will tell you that they will mend something, but they never do. They leave behind a mess when they go away, and they are not thorough. They seem like nice people, only that it takes them forever to fix matters. Unless you contact the emergency line. There is never enough parking due to all the disabled spots! And people who do not live in this area also occupy parking spots. My neighbours (both of them) smoke and the smoke seeps through the vents; the smell of marijuana and cigarettes is terrible and very powerful and has caused difficulties for me and my family. I have reported this many times, but they don't care. Also, the water is quite dirty and they keep switching off the water supply. Additionally, there is hardly any cabinet space, and a range of other issues. I could say more about management, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I gave three stars only because the good thing about this place is, they maintain it clean outside and there are no significant bugmore ...hide ...
