Ive been driving through for the past two years looking for availability Nobody is evere in the office but when I stopped by yesterday noone was there but the maintenance guy called her and she came back to the office about 45minutes I waited Walke Ive been driving through for the past two years looking for availability Nobody is evere in the office but when I stopped by yesterday noone was there but the maintenance guy called her and she came back to the office about 45minutes I waited Walked in angry I guess I messed up her day Didnt acknowledge me acted as if she didnt know I was waiting for her and didnt know what I wanted Maintenance already told her that info Really rude and short with me of course didnt have any apartments available or coming open never have anything to show Always talking about a waiting list Why do I have to pay to be on awaiting list where you never call never have openings I realizes she pick and chooses who she have openings for I do not know how this management works but I think this company acknowledge the fair housing actnnFirst impression is lasting impression Not interested any more more ... hide ...

The personnel are so caring and very tolerant. When they observed my mother hadn't opened her post in a few days they contacted her. The office phoned me to give me a warning regarding the situation.The building is a bit aged, but the flats are pleasant. There are new proprietors and gradually things are being revamped.My mum has met some wonderful friends and the diversions are enjoyable.The exercise gear is kept in good condition and the interior pool has recently been refurbished.The common areas are nicely decorated too. The primary entrance has a piano, a puzzle area, a kitchenette where a few ladies convene several times a week to play cards and games.During the holidays lots of the tenants join together to decorate the whole building!This is apartment living; if you've ever stayed in an apartment you'll understand not all the tenants are going to be your cup of tea. Nonetheless, from what I have seen, almost 95% are enjoyable to be around. I examine on my mum 3 times every week and the inhabitants are all friendly to converse with. more ... hide ... I was told by management that there are plenty of units available, but none of them are ready for move-in (which i saw before I went into the office for myself when I drove through). I applied for a place in late January and Ive since been back and forth multiple times trying to find out the status of my application. The clubhouse is comfortable IF you can get in; doors always seem to be secured during business hours even before lunchtime. Calling wont guarantee an answer and the voicemail inbox has been full since December (which is when I started calling; dont know how long its been full before that). If someone DOES pickup, youll get a standard \"Lemme find out and Ill call you back\".....they wont.Management is currently taking applications for move-in, but what theyre not telling you is the property is for sale at the moment and the current administration is not in the least concerned with resolving tenant issues if it doesnt directly affect the sale of the property. This sale ALSO means prospective tenants will be on an extended hold because the Compliance office in charge of selection now will be relinquishing control. This probably means an entirely new application for those like myself who are still waiting to hear approval or denial for the first application. I read other reviews and have talked to current residents and my findings are conclusive: broken appliances and fixtures that stay that way, admins that dont seem to exist until rent is due, a parking policy that is easily explained but shoddy in effect while still somehow being strictly enforced.Theres always a trade-off for EVERYTHING in life; here you get a chance at affordable housing in a time of shortage and inflation, but you WILL sacrifice quality in terms of customer service and satisfaction....and I dont even live here yet.
