The Property Manager and Leasing Agent/Asst Managers are very unhelpful and unfriendly. They don't show any respect to the tenants and their office is always closed and the shades drawn, so they can avoid direct contact with residents. They don't show any respect to the tenants and their office is always closed and the shades drawn, so they can avoid direct contact with residents. Yesterday, an older woman fell near the office and neither of the two individuals came out to check on her until the EMT arrived. Quinn-Leading Agent has even been caught yelling at and being disrespectful to an elderly resident, which has been reported to both Adult Protective Services and the Department of Aging for elder abuse. When I mentioned that the previous Property Manager had never acted in such a manner, the Area Manager replied, "and she isn't here now, is she?" It is essential that these two individuals be replaced with people who are willing to work and provide a more open approach to their job. I will post an update on the outcome of the reported complaints to APS and Department of Aging.more ...hide ...

They have no respect for tenants and act distant. Yesterday an old woman fell by the office and neither of them came out to check up on her as she lay on the floor waiting for medical help. They usually keep their door closed and the blinds drawn, to avoid interaction with residents. They don't work very often and the maintenance man is the one in charge of community meetings. Quinn-Leading Agent has been recorded being extremely rude to an elderly resident and the audio and complaints are being sent to Adult Protective Services and the Department of Aging for elderly abuse. I contacted the Area Manager to discuss Quinn's conduct, but she took her side, saying she was only enforcing the rules. When I mentioned the previous Property Manager never dealt with residents in such a manner, the Area Manager said, "Well, she's not here now, is she?" They both need to be fired and replaced by people who are more decent and willing to work, with an open door policy. I will update after the complaints to APS and the Department of Aging have been addressed.more ...hide ...
