My grandmother moved into Cherry Hill Senior Apartments maybe 2 or 3 years ago Staff was pleasant and very helpful Since then staff has always changed No one is NEVER in the office for assistance No one NEVER answers the phone The one time I did see My grandmother moved into Cherry Hill Senior Apartments maybe 2 or 3 years ago Staff was pleasant and very helpful Since then staff has always changed No one is NEVER in the office for assistance No one NEVER answers the phone The one time I did see staff in the office while visiting my grandmother the lady got on the phone never greeted me or attempted to put the call on hold to assist me so I left The condition of the building is not kept to standards elevator is always dirty my grandmother keep getting birds in her apartment which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNSANITARY The only positive thing is the maintenance guy who is always and the only person that is very helpful but he can only do but so much alone more ... hide ...
