My compliments to Lisa from Res 1 Management for taking the time to explain all the issues related to running the facility and also addressing two individuals that were wrongly barred. I have yet to hear anything from Volunteers of America, which should learn a lesson from management. Despite how uncomfortable this experience was, I found some healing in it and thank Lisa for that. Based on the building, amenities and upkeep, I would rate Res 1 with 4.5 stars; however, due to Volunteers of America not responding yet, Paca House only receives 3 stars from me. The lobby is beautiful and there is a pleasant courtyard; moreover, Hollis is kept clean every day thanks to a hardworking cleaning crew in the mornings. Kudos goes out them as well!more ...hide ...

Worst apartment ever !!! The leasing lady at the desk is a very nosy witch she is unprofessional and so is the maintenance man ! There was a physical altercation between neighbors because the leasing office was too lazy and didn€™t care about noise complaints and told me you are gonna head noise whether you like it or not !
