This is the worst place I have ever lived at. The maintenance here does nothing as far as repairs. The place is full of cameras with live feed to the rental office. This would be good if there were crimes or unlawful offenses happening, but this is not so here. You cannot have family visit or have your grandkids maybe spend a night without Management harassing you. They have thrown tenants out without sufficient timing because of this, almost hoping that you end up on the streets. We paid almost nine hundred dollars a month, always on time and kept up with our unit as far as keeping it clean, and we got evicted because we complained about a leaking ceiling! Had a leaking ceiling in my kitchen for seven months and everytime it would rain my wife and I would need to mope the water up. The place smelled like mildew and they still didnt fix the ceiling. My wife ended up slipping from the wet floors one night after it rained and hurt herself really bad. They still didnt fix the ceiling, but instead decided to evict us. A bunch of none caring S.O.Bs that are money hungry. Easier to evict a tenant and get another one then fixing the ceiling. They didnt even give back our security deposit after moving! We hired a lawyer and there is now a on going Law suit. My advice is not to move here! There are to many other nice places in this area more ... hide ...

My mom lived there 27 yrs She lived there until she was 91 yrs old She had a great home there Evryone there was kind and helped her in any way possible She never had a problem they didnt take care of
