I love living at Cumberland Homes The property is well maintained both inside and out Management is quick to respond to any concerns the neighborhood and schools are great The only downside is the rent increases twice a year
I lived at Cumberland homes for about 6 yrs I never had any complain about the staff or maintenance Theres good upgrades in the apartments Theres plenty space in the apartments and they are very comfortable My issues were living in the 4th floor therI lived at Cumberland homes for about 6 yrs I never had any complain about the staff or maintenance Theres good upgrades in the apartments Theres plenty space in the apartments and they are very comfortable My issues were living in the 4th floor theres no elevator the rent is too high for that of type floor and be prepared for the bunch of lazy neighbors which dont do anything for their lives hanguing at the parking lot drinking alcohol smoking weed and listening really load music while the kids were around playing and this is most during summer time the police is always around due to this problem its a shame But even though is a good point its close to everything Hope they would correct these issues cause otherwise would b a great place to livemore ...hide ...
