Most people here are amiable and we have never had any negative experiences with the management, which is on site from Monday to Friday unlike many other buildings where one has to call or email their issues and mail rent payments. I reckon that any property will have good and bad experiences, but if you are a responsible tenant who pays their bills on time and does not cause any issues, then I don't think there would be any problems. Any concerns that have been raised were always dealt with, and there is sufficient lighting at night that makes it safe. The apartments are laid out nicely as well. There is a bus stop in front of the property that runs every hour for those without transportation, and I often see delivery drivers, Uber, and Lyft. In terms of amenities, the management organizes programs for children and sets up trips, which is great. Furthermore, there are several on-site laundry rooms, off-street parking, playgrounds, and grilling areas. The property is non-smoking, which is ideal for those with medical needs, and most units feature Pergo flooring (which looks like hardwood) with a neutral color scheme and relatively updated appliances, plus decent sized closets (though not walk-in).
