Had a leak in my ceiling just before I was going on a trip Called matinence and they told me they would fix it the day after I called them I come back to my apartment and not only have they left my air conditioner running for a week but my ceiling is Had a leak in my ceiling just before I was going on a trip Called matinence and they told me they would fix it the day after I called them I come back to my apartment and not only have they left my air conditioner running for a week but my ceiling is now covered in trash bags I have soggy dry wall pieces sitting in my pantry and my counter tops are covered in the waste of them removing sections of my ceiling They did call me the day after they were in my apartment saying everything is taking care of so that was nice more ... hide ...

Pondside is a great apartment living experience The grounds and common areas are kept clean The management staff Jimmy C always responsive thank you This is a safe and quiet community Glad to be residents for over 2 years now
