I rarely leave negative reviews, however on 1/19/2020 the property manager, Linda Carrion, and her disorganized protocol caused a disaster. My car had been towed without prior notification of when plowing was taking place in each lot - the evening before had seen 2-3 inches of snowfall. Residents were not informed by the building staff about reasonable expectations such as a 'snow storm' being broadcasted on local news days prior. I called the police station at 3:30pm to find out which towing company Salem Heights used; they mentioned Bills but had no document or list of my car being towed. At 5pm I was finally informed that Salem Heights uses a private towing company from Peabody called J n C Towing (see next post for continued review). more ... hide ...

Its a great place to live convenient to many different stores commuter rail and minutes from all of Salem Massachusetts history

May not look great on the outside but its an awesome community complex Ive lived here for 7 years moved out in 2019 but I do plan to go back just due to the people who work in the office are amazing

Dont waste your time moving here management stays in the office and never inspect the supposedly renovated apartments Some of maintenance dont do their job There are people with mice and roaches I dont have any but there are those that do It supposed Dont waste your time moving here management stays in the office and never inspect the supposedly renovated apartments Some of maintenance dont do their job There are people with mice and roaches I dont have any but there are those that do It supposed to be 24 hour maintenance and they dont always answer the calls There is the basic here garbage disposal and laundry in the building no pool no gym these apartments are only half the rent they charge If you have somewhere to move please do so Its not worth the money If I could give this a half a star I would Dont believe the pictures who puts in advertising that a refrigerator is included and this building was built in 1972 more ... hide ...

1st impression for new movein 2018 Apt looks nice Wish they got rid of the 1980s tile floors Does not mesh well with the grey walls but I can live with it Not a place I will be living in forever so its not a huge deal Hot water does go in and out so 1st impression for new movein 2018 Apt looks nice Wish they got rid of the 1980s tile floors Does not mesh well with the grey walls but I can live with it Not a place I will be living in forever so its not a huge deal Hot water does go in and out sometimes you catch it sometimes you may need to wait a little before jumping in the shower Elevators NEED to be monitored closely by housekeeping the elevator floors looks horrible fruit peels etc Market carts being left in the hallways at times They should monitor it more and charge residents who leave these carts in the hallways Trash rooms as well need to be closely monitored and residents need to throw them down the shootThat is what a trash room is for Not to leave trash on the floor but to throw them down the shoot Besides this I have no other issues again I am a new movein So Ill update with other things My neighbors are pretty quiet Little loud music on the weekends butits the weekend I dont mind noise plus I like to play music myself more ... hide ...
