My mother lives there and its the worst management totally ignore your in pleas in particular needing a handicap apartment after falling a few times in the tub no one CARES ROACHES as well

If you are considering renting from Jaycee place I strongly urge you to reconsider I woke up today with no hot water and no notice or explanation from the building management I wish I could say I am surprised but this happens often enough here Althou If you are considering renting from Jaycee place I strongly urge you to reconsider I woke up today with no hot water and no notice or explanation from the building management I wish I could say I am surprised but this happens often enough here Although we have many mandatory inspections per year for maintenance pest control upgrades etc Nothing is fixed pest control does not come for treatment and no upgrads are done Also when giving the legally required 24 hour notice of entry the notice will often come at less than 24 hours before the inspection At times building management will also move the inspection date and time and not send out proper prior notice for the new datetime Another issue here is one of the amenities offered when prospective tennents look at Jaycee place is a laundry room This sounds like a blessing as you would not have to drive to a laundromat and pay extra but unfortunately the machines are dirty rarely work properly or are just broken altogether There is also a large issue with other tenants stealing or tampering with your washing clothes Management has corrected the issue by placing a standard we are not responsible sign in the laundry room In the long run it will cost you far more to do your laundry on site in this sub par laundry room Lastly as many other reviews have mentioned drug and alcohol use runs rampant at Jaycee place Which causes a host of other issues while living here For example people urinating in the public elevators and it not being cleaned for days as no one works the weekends here Given all this you would think that at the very least rent would be on the lower side but it is comparable with other apartment buildings and is raised each year If you are looking for a peaceful place to live for yourself or an elderly loved one this is not the place Jaycee place is not a pleasant peaceful or positive place to live quite the opposite in fact more ... hide ...

Jayce Place is a great place to live You can never control who your neighbor is though The property is well maintained and Victoria is great and very helpful She is always there when you need her
