If I could give a zero I would Ever since the old owner sold it this new management has been awful The roaches are baddd They try to keep your security deposit when you call about it they act clueless

Took my application fee and ghosted me Called multiple times to no avail If this is how they treat prospective clients I cannot imagine how they treat their actual tenants

The front office staff is very rude Office staff change very frequently besides the lady who sits in the back to the left Julie I think is her name Every time theres a problem they give you the run around Maintenance enter your house without notice The front office staff is very rude Office staff change very frequently besides the lady who sits in the back to the left Julie I think is her name Every time theres a problem they give you the run around Maintenance enter your house without notice The walls are very thin and you can hear everything The stove element went out several times Bugs would come and go even when facility was sprayed The washers and dryers are always broke Finding a parking spot is always a problem Keep a paper trail for everything when dealing with staff Take pictures before moving in and after moving out I moved out a year ago and gave notice to one of the front office staff they claim I never did and they forfeit my deposit They sent false information to collection agency saying property was damage and keys wasnt returned which was also not true Worse experience ever and I wouldnt advise anyone to move her more ... hide ...
