I was content with my flat and the neighbours were amiable and mostly uncluttered. How wrong I was! After a few months, I realized there was an awful cockroach issue. They can never keep a property manager in the office - we had four different property managers in a single year. The maintenance can't be trusted as they enter your home without any warning (my rent money was stolen in my apartment!!). When they eventually do inform you, they never show up. They take ages trying to fix something in your unit and the management is unhelpful and disorganized. I filled out a re-certification form four different times and they were all misplaced. When I went to the office to ask what was happening, the new property manager, Mary Tennyson, started shouting at me to leave. She even came across the office to menace me! When I asked for the corporate number to get in touch with someone above her, she called the police on me! I'll post the audio of that altercation in another post. It also floods there and they do nothing about it. It took them one month to replace the carpets with tiles and the maintenance man took countless breaks and left adhesive everywhere in the apartment. Look elsewhere, don't waste your time, energy or money. There are drug addicts and alcoholics everywhere you look. It's ghastly! more ... hide ...
