The grounds are always kept clean and very nice The amount of time that it takes maintenance to respond to a call is nothing short of amazing The only negative thing I have to say about Polo Run is the fact that there is somebody that lives in my bui The grounds are always kept clean and very nice The amount of time that it takes maintenance to respond to a call is nothing short of amazing The only negative thing I have to say about Polo Run is the fact that there is somebody that lives in my building that has a car alarm that goes off all hours of the night and I have complained about it I dont know how many times There was a letter sit out that I appreciated but the problem did not get fixed and it still goes off all hours of the night and I would appreciate it if something was done about that I have to wake up at 500 am in the morning to go to work and it disturbs my sleep and Im sure it disturbs everybody else in the building sleep as well Other than that the staff is pleasant and great more ... hide ...

Ive been here six years now After a rough start this has been home The grounds are mostly well maintained they need to clean up my upstairs neighbors messes between my window and the bushes more often maintenance is on it regarding repairs especially Ive been here six years now After a rough start this has been home The grounds are mostly well maintained they need to clean up my upstairs neighbors messes between my window and the bushes more often maintenance is on it regarding repairs especially water related damage and the staff is always friendly and helpfulnnI do wish other residents were more respectful of other neighbors and property My upstairs neighbors always dump their charcoal grill ashes over their balcony in front of my window drivers disregard stop signs some dog owners dont clean up after the dogs and I always have to watch my step even on sidewalks because of it my apartment is next to the buildings back door and people are always slamming it even after midnightnnThis place used to have a bad reputation but Ive felt safe here The worst Ive experienced is a porch pirate not long after I first moved herennOverall its a good affordable place to live and its just a mile from the Indianapolis city limits more ... hide ...
