I wont lie I have had MANY issues living here that havent been fun to deal with A couple of scary incidents lack of communication and feeling of overall neglect in terms of maintenance I was feeling very upset about the fact I renewed in midOctober t I wont lie I have had MANY issues living here that havent been fun to deal with A couple of scary incidents lack of communication and feeling of overall neglect in terms of maintenance I was feeling very upset about the fact I renewed in midOctober to live here for another year but after a plea to do better Trifecta exceeded my expectations They completely listened to my concerns and fulfilled all of my wishes in terms of maintenance issues that Ive had going on in my apartment all summer I sincerely appreciate Trifecta listening to all of my concerns and doing what they could to alleviate my concerns and problems I feel very lucky to have been able to renew my lease at a relatively stable and low rent rate in a city that has skyrocketing rent prices Overall I think trifecta is hands down the best off campus housing option for upper college students in the Louisville Metro Area and I would recommend it to any students looking to live off campus more ... hide ...

I have lived here for almost a year and Ive enjoyed every second of it The staff is wonderful and even holds fun resident events fairly often The dog park is great for my dog Milo and the front office workers treat him like hes their own
