They have also been flexible with move-in dates, trying their best to get me in one of their units. Connie in the office has been especially awesome, and my wife and I are prepared to move in! They worked with us on a date that was suitable for us, so we had enough time to move our belongings to the apartment, paying the prorated rent, of course. Sometimes noise from outside can be loud, as it is on a highly trafficked street, but the soundproofing between units is excellent. The building is quite secure, with surveillance cameras outside and in the entryway. In the few nights I have been in the vicinity, I felt safe, although opportunistic crime can be a possibility (e.g. leaving a car unlocked). Maintenance has been swift in addressing any requests we have had (minor repairs to shelves, etc.), tending to them usually within a day of notification.
