Im giving 1 star to be able to leave a comment for questions an concerns if anyone could help with answers or a little bit of information plz if greatly appreciate it So I have a loved one who is gonna be transferred from Jail to what they are prettyIm giving 1 star to be able to leave a comment for questions an concerns if anyone could help with answers or a little bit of information plz if greatly appreciate it So I have a loved one who is gonna be transferred from Jail to what they are pretty sure of being this place here I just wanted some details from those whove had experience or loved ones in this facility As I am new to this stuff and wanna know and understand fully on what to expect as a loved one on the outside looking in As in visiting my loved one will they be able to get home passes Spend holidays or any amount of time through out the day with family or on outtings Or will they be confined locked down to this facility and only be allowed to have visits at the facility will they be in personcontact visits or will they be through a glass over videos like jail Are they allowed to have street items brought to them If so do they have to be new and packaged Im deeply sorry for all the concerns n questions but I really need help and answers so I can plan ahead and prepare for my loved one I pray God makes this work and brings him out as a new improved so er and all around better person Ive heard nothing but great positive things about this place I cant wait to see his progress and watch him succeed in every day life through this program and there after But I want to know I can as well as rest of the family keep in touch know hes doing ok and being able to visit and talk to him would be a big thing as well So plz Any help and comments would be greatly appreciatednPS Thank you for what you all are doing have done for people in the past and what you continue to do Nothing short of a blessing and saving lives Im very Greatful Thanks a concerned family member of an addictmore ...hide ...

Terrible experience overall. According to their website, theyre managed by Tesco Properties. If you call Tesco Properties, they will let you know that they have not managed that building since March 13, of 2020. It is NoTerrible experience overall. It is November of 2021, that I am writing this. No one can tell me who owns this building. The Towers, are very poorly mismanaged. If you have a complaint, the office people, refuse to help you.
