Late fees are ridiculous you dont know what you have to pay till the first (due to random FEES) and its due by the 3rd (hope the first isnt on a Friday or you are paying an extra 100 bucks. moved out leaving the place cleaner than when we moved in and still had enough FEES to eat up all the deposit.
