My in-laws have been without hot water for almost a week. Not once were they offered any form of hotel or temporary housing. When I called to try and speak to Gwen about reimbursement for a ONE night hotel stay, because my father in law had to prep for major surgery and needed to take a shower, her reply was \"no because we never told them to go to a hotel\" I then asked what she expected them to do without hot water for a week? She became loud, rude and refused to talk to me. I have left a voicemail and email with the Corporate office and will take further action if needed. According to the KS Housing Authority, Landlords are required to provide access to hot water at all times. I could understand needing to order a part in order to fix the water heater, but just leaving your tenants to figure it out in the meantime is uncaring and unprofessional. more ... hide ...
