I absolutely love love living in Anderson Crossing Ive had nothing but a great experience living here for the last year and 7 months the girls in the office are so Awesome and if anything is wrong as far as maintenance they have been great to me my a I absolutely love love living in Anderson Crossing Ive had nothing but a great experience living here for the last year and 7 months the girls in the office are so Awesome and if anything is wrong as far as maintenance they have been great to me my apartment is perfect for me but one of the best things here is how nice and professional the girls are it makes everything so nice when you get to see a smiling face I cant say anything bad about living here Thank you for such a nice place to live more ... hide ...

Mold and lots of leaky floors right now and no help to these seniors No light bill because they have solar but you will have days of no power or no water COVID is better than living here

Youre allowed to have pets but you cant walk them because neighbors will watch everything you do to report you to the office Nosy and unstable neighbors all lying about their income Maintenance is very very slow to fixing things and helping with comp Youre allowed to have pets but you cant walk them because neighbors will watch everything you do to report you to the office Nosy and unstable neighbors all lying about their income Maintenance is very very slow to fixing things and helping with complaints Favoritism is prevalent here I wouldnt recommend moving here unless you want a housing situation full of drama and no privacy Its supposed animal sanctuary but people fish here without getting in trouble and the pond is brown more ... hide ...

Anderson crossing is a great place to live for seniors and disabled lower income Its quite and peaceful All one bedroom apts

The office management is excellent at this place My mother has lived there for a couple years and she loves the ladies in the office The maintenance leaves a little to be desired as they arent the most thorough or timely Very affordable though
