I understand the deposit are to be paid by myself, and I am a very clean tenant. I also have multiple sclerosis but stairs are no issue for me. The apartment itself is okay and it was what I expected for the price. Most of The tenants are horrid. It is suppose to be a smoke free building and it is not. I have been threatened and harassed for months by a group of tenants in the building. They have loud parties inside and outside in the patio area and the parking lot. They block my carport area so that I can not use it , Throw their cigarettes and trash all over the building and the parking lot. They block the doorways and make it difficult to enter. If you have any other choice do not rent form this apartment location. The company that owns it has better well kept apartment buildings with nice tenants. I do not know why they are letting this one be overran with people that dont know how to live properly. I have contacted the apartment leasing agent and the company that owns the building.
