Additionally, there are a large number of "white trash" living in the area. This is not a safe environment for kids as we have witnessed two arrests, thefts and dirty conditions in our building over the past few months. For the money, we are paying far too much as we could rent a house in the area for an extra $100. Also, the landlord was hesitant to show us our apartment before it was "finished" and this is understandable as half of the people who live there have moved out in under three months. To sum it up, if you enjoy living around unappealing people, paying too much in rent, living in unclean conditions and listening to the arguments of the white trash, then this is the place for you! more ... hide ...
