I had the misfortune of living here for two years and wish I hadn't. I should have known when I initially got the call an hour before moving in that this wasn't going to be a pleasant experience. They informed me that I had to change my move-in date as I didn't contact them, but why would I when they had already specified my move-in date in writing? They never answered their phones and used the pandemic as an excuse for being absent from the office. If you needed something fixed, maintenance would take forever to come and if they required parts to fix the issue, you were likely never to hear from them again. Our own bathroom door wouldn't even close, and supposedly it was an issue with the flooring, yet it was never resolved, leaving us without any privacy. The appliances were outdated and there was never an inspection to make sure they were functioning correctly. Additionally, the parking lots were littered with glass, and there were never any spots for residents or visitors. People were loud and inconsiderate late at night and never bothered to clean up after themselves. As you can see, this place is an eyesore. more ... hide ...
