Fast and affordable Its a full service laundromat but they have front load large capacity washers that run fast and do a good job plus the dryers are fast and 4 mins for 25 cent

Horrible treatment by woman attendantowner who is usually there with a man who I suppose is her husband or business partner on Sunday evenings She is terribly disrespectful toward LOYAL CUSTOMERS like me who have been spending over 40 a month in quarHorrible treatment by woman attendantowner who is usually there with a man who I suppose is her husband or business partner on Sunday evenings She is terribly disrespectful toward LOYAL CUSTOMERS like me who have been spending over 40 a month in quarters there On my last visit she was trying to browbeat customers into leaving before closing time I have never been anything but friendly and polite to this woman yet she ignored me when I greeted her wait shouldnt she be the one greeting me the customer then a few minutes later she had the nerve to say Youre not going to take as long as you did the last time are you Because that was just crazy Needless to say on that prior visit she never made it known to me that she had a problem with anything Then she kept asking me if I was almost done I was so shocked I was practically in tears as Im not one for confrontations She proceeded to lock the doors on me 7 minutes before closing time when I was out loading stuff to my car I had to knock on the door twice to get her attention as she stood there doing nothing and pretending not to notice then gave me a dirty look when she finally walked over to activate the automatic doors two minutes BEFORE closing time to let me back in when she knew all I was doing was taking stuff out to my car and coming right back to get my one last bag I have never received such poor treatment as a customer anywherethe experience left me dumbfoundednNobody likes doing laundry anyway and having to come up with the right amount of cash and do it at a public place on THEIR time is a hassle indeed But to get treated like absolute sht ON TOP of all that No thanks As I walked out the door for the last time I assured her she wouldnt be seeing me againmore ...hide ...

I have had two separate apartments at country view and I have been very happy with them. First of all, they are exceptionally large and modestly priced. Secondly anytime Ive had a maintenance issue they have been right tI have had two separate apartments at country view and I have been very happy with them. First of all, they are exceptionally large and modestly priced. Secondly anytime Ive had a maintenance issue they have been right there to take care of it and they are always cheerful and always polite and respectful. New owners came in, and they have not been here long enough to change my mind. The only thing that I would like to see is more accessibility to someone in the office and more maintenance personnel on site. Due to covid and all the issues getting employees this may have a major effect on the problem. Time will tell. But I do like the complex, it is large and a lot of grass and trees old growth trees especially, well maintained, and I dont want to live anywhere else in bloomington.more ...hide ...
