Then, they mailed us a receipt of all the fees we owed; there was a load of unnecessary fees including but not limited to: basic cleaning (which we already did), cleaning under the stoves (how are we going to clean behind the stove when you cant move it out of its spot), missing stove pans & ice trays (we never had these to begin with), damage done to the apartment by the maintenance team, etc. The fees are ridiculous & management is absolutely poor. I would NOT recommend applying for these apartments because they are the WORST landlords I have EVER come across. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
