The maintenance workers seem to have been picked up off the street and they enter apartments without warning or even knocking. When my daughter raised a complaint about this, she was informed that, as it is government housing, they are allowed to enter whenever they please. I'm not crazy, but I know that this is illegal. During the months when temperatures dropped to below zero, there was NO HEAT and my daughter was told that nothing could be done and no heaters were given to her. Now the building is infested with mice and, because it is the fifth Tuesday of the month, she is being told that nothing can be done and she has been filing complaints about the mice for over two weeks. And let's not forget how they keep track of your paychecks and raise the rent each month based on how much money you made. THIS PLACE MAKES UP ITS OWN LAWS AND POLICIES AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT.
