I was amazed. I was amazed. I was out for a walk and I heard two women berating a handicapped African American woman in a wheelchair. At first I thought they were talking to kids, but when I reached a gap in the fence I recognized the woman I had seen before when I visited my mother. They were telling her that she had twenty days to move out or they would start the eviction process. I heard them mention that she had an inflatable house and a pet. In the last three months I have seen many people with inflatable houses, and it's a pet-friendly community. I have seen poodles and multiple pit bulls. After what I just witnessed, I would not let my mother stay at your complex. I am glad that someone else came up and surprised them. I would be appalled if I was an elderly person in a wheelchair and the housing manager or someone from management were yelling and talking in such a fashion. Highly unprofessional. I shall also contact the Mayor of East Moline. I do not think they would have spoken to her in such a manner had she been the same skin color as them. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry

Its a pretty good sized apartment for just the two of them... Kitchen is really small though. But the people that live here are so sweet and the staff... Well lets just say they can be really helpful at times, then other times just a pain in the a$$! Oh and its pretty friendly too. ( They did however just make it about a month ago, no smoking in your apartment anymore. That sucks for the smokers I guess...
