I went to the office at 10am for the past week but no one was there. The new upstairs tenants cause our apartment to shake, knocking objects off the walls every Thursday, and the police have been called four times. Todd was eventually there and I informed him of the unresolved issues with the neighbors, how I had phoned the police, and that maintenance staff were parking on the handicap ramp. His only suggestion was for me to move out earlier. He refused to email me a statement confirming this. This property is managed by a man who is a complete joke and has no tolerance for the usual issues tenants experience. A neighbor who lived behind me revealed they were charged an exorbitant cleaning fee after they left. If you are forced to move into these apartments, ensure you record it all on video as I think I will be subjected to the same. more ... hide ...

Absolutely nothing to complain about The maintenance team is the best Ive experienced out of all the complexes Ive lived at and the most privacy Ive also experienced at a complex I would highly recommend Broadway Heights to strangers and my friends
