I have been living in this apartment complex for almost a year now and it has been anything but pleasant. This appears to be a common issue among multiple housing complexes and nothing ever gets resolved. I have never been late with rent but it has been impossible to have repairs or inspections done. An inspector had to be called about the water heater, and my window fixtures were damaged and ignored, even when I raised the issue over the phone. Maintenance does whatever they want and cancels repairs that don't fit their schedule, and they don't even take their shoes off when entering my home, or the homes of contracted workers. They never replace my air filters and the blinds they give don't fit any window - and they never come back to exchange them. The property owners are nowhere to be found and don't respond to emails regarding complaints. Your concerns are listened to over the phone, but nothing gets done. My screens have been ripped since I moved in and this was noted on the move-in inspection, yet they haven't been touched after multiple verbal and online requests - and it's been a whole year now. I'm told maintenance is busy, but after seeing so many positive reviews, it leads me to believe they are providing selective service, which I'm not getting! The only good thing about most of these apartment complexes in the Quad City area is that they cut the grass. You pay your money but get nothing in return. more ... hide ...

Friendly needed place to live asap and they came through in less than a month

Ive been wanting to make this review for a long time now Lived here in 2018ish I believe The apartment was INFESTED with roaches and the lady had the nerve to blame us claiming that we were messy people or the place we moved from probably had them Th Ive been wanting to make this review for a long time now Lived here in 2018ish I believe The apartment was INFESTED with roaches and the lady had the nerve to blame us claiming that we were messy people or the place we moved from probably had them They came up with every excuse claiming no one around us complained about having them therefore we were the issue After MULTIPLE times of a company coming to spray the issue did not get resolved They did let us out of our contract but my experience with the staff was awful DO NOT RECOMMEND Unless you wanna live with roaches more ... hide ...

3 bedrooms werent available but the staff was nice Just viewing the 2brd was lovely Clean spacious and friendly neighborhood
