They react quickly to complaints. They also are preventive by inspecting the Apts and doing regular bug spraying and general maintenance.Residents Are at fault to a certain degree. A few could do better in preventing problems by not \"shopping\" from dumpsters, or pouring cooking grease/oil down the drains. That is begging for bedbugs and clogged&backed up plumbing!!One resident consistently not acting responsibility causes problems for a whole lot of people, and causes the blame to fall on staff who are working hard to do right & to clean up inconsiderate actions before they hurt everyone else. more ... hide ...
