Management is there 2 days a week, at most. I was given a lease violation notice without any evidence. Maintenance is terrible. Now that it is winter we have to salt ourselves, last year it was done by maintenance or management, this year a large bucket of ice melt was placed in the hallway to be used by residents. It isnt on the sidewalk, rather all over the hallways because little kids play in it, as to be expected. Also the new manager is not a nice person at all!
