Since I moved in, there have been 2 managers. The second one just left us and we also have lost the long-time cleaning lady. I personally do not care as long as there is someone to take care of maintenance and rent issues, but I do wonder why there seems to be this kind of turnover. The building is still nice and I love, love, love the location. I am very happy here still.The most lovely hotel style apartments ever. The building is very clean and the common areas are beautiful. The 1room apartment I chose is spacious and has a large bathroom. Kits small but open counter. Theres a salon operating a few days a week; a large common dining area with a kitchen that residents can reserve for dining with large groups of people ; a small TV room; and a mini computer lab with printers. The building is semi secure (locked entry and dial in access). Outside areas are immaculate and pretty. There is a gazebo in back.We have movie nights and morning coffee meets.The best part is the location. We are just in the center of the best part of downtown. In walking distance for most adults are the library, a park basic shopping, and special occasion shopping, dining, and even a movie theater. The gorgeous lake is just blocks away. This is a restricted income building for seniors and there is no other way we could enjoy this quality of living.
