It makes for an ideal central hub given its proximity to cities like Cordele, Eastman, Dublin, Cochran, Perry, Warner Robins & Macon. There are 32 units, each differing from the last; no two are the same. Features of some include single levels with high ceilings, while others have regular ceilings or a mix of both. For those with washer/dryer hook-ups, there is also a communal laundry room on the bottom floor. This community is home to diverse people and animals alike - pets are welcome but require deposits and certain breed restrictions apply. Additionally, parking has poor drainage during rainstorms which can be an issue for some residents.
The apartments themselves offer 1-2 bedrooms with plenty of space; however, they could have improved kitchen and bathroom sizes considering their smaller sizes compared to the rest of the apartment area. Hawkinsville itself serves as a great hub for cities like Cordele, Eastman, Dublin, Cochran, Perry Warner Robins and Macon nearby - making it well worth looking into if you're in need of an affordable place to live!
