Yes youll have a bit of noise on occasions and drama but this is how it is when you have such a large group of people together in one area. Felicia has answered every complaint I have ever had. She is always in office if you need her. The childrens playground is nice and a good way to help the kids blow off steam. There are a lot of kids around as well. Grass always stays cut. I reported two issues total in four years of being in my apartment. Both of them were taken care of within a week. Thanks Sable Chase for helping me get on my feet.
