There are drug dealers there. The maintenance man and his wife sale drugs and Illegal pharmaceuticals out of their house and the land Lord know but dont care if you know what I mean. Landlord kept saying she would fix the issue but have not! The landlord recently quit and all of a sudden residents receive letters in their door stating we owe late fees!!!! Where does late fees come from all of a sudden the landlord up and left and we have 3 days to pay. Seems to me the landlord been taking money or not being honest .
