Please read carefully. People on this website are lying about The Heritage at Walton Reserve's reviews. They are probably family members and are not telling the truth. They are probably family members and are not telling the truth. They are confusing Walton Reserve with The Heritage at Walton Reserve, which is two different properties. Walton Reserve is an apartment complex that is kept in good condition, while The Heritage at 1675 Walton Reserve Blvd, Austell, GA 30168 is in terrible condition. It has major mold issues and is not well maintained. The managers Reba and Diana are very rude and have been known to intimidate elderly tenants. Reba also covers up incidents that have occurred, such as when elderly tenants have died and their bodies weren't discovered for days. The rent is often raised, sometimes twice yearly, and apartments are rented to relatives to show them favoritism. The maintenance man doesn't do his job and doesn't have a preventive maintenance program, only repairing when things break, which is often. All of the people at this apartment complex are incompetent and should be fired. Everything I have said is true and not one lie. Reba is evil and should be avoided. Do not let your elderly relatives move there. The photos on the website are outdated and this place deserves no stars. more ... hide ...
