Maintenance is prompt. Nevertheless, since I have been living here since the start of November, there have been three false fire alarms caused by individuals smoking in the building. Currently, I am sitting outside in the cold at 7:30 pm due to another one. Could cameras be installed in smoking areas (like the fire exit) and heavy penalties be imposed on those who break the no smoking policy? It is not only troublesome for the tenants but also a waste of the fire department's time and it makes people in the building lose faith in the alarm. This is a warning that the "boy who cried wolf" story predicts. 1/31/2022 Edit: The staff has answered this review and has provided extra information. I was unaware of the malfunctioning sensors and the project to replace them with functioning ones. We all got a text from the staff right after a prior fire alarm, reminding us not to smoke in the building, so we can infer that smoking was the source of that alert. I cannot recall getting a communication regarding the faulty sensors, but it is reasonable to think that it may have been filtered out if it arrived as an email. The staff's response to this review demonstrates their quick answers and their commitment to keeping the building in good condition. I have had an amazing adventure with the front office Theyve overextended their hospitality in helping and assisting in every area needed Ive never felt so proud to be apart of such an amazing team Especially Erica and McKenah

We have lived here since Fall 2021 Office and maintenance staff are courteous and always there to help in any way The grounds are beautiful Dog friendly Great location for restaurants and shopping
