First and foremost I only gave it one starbecause the apartments are conveniently close to a lot store easy access to highway But as far as the complex Horrible they dont fix things in a timely manner The woman at the office is never therethere is so First and foremost I only gave it one starbecause the apartments are conveniently close to a lot store easy access to highway But as far as the complex Horrible they dont fix things in a timely manner The woman at the office is never therethere is something always going on over hereit is stray dogs freely running aroundthis place has been own by three different companies Since Ive been here This short period timeI first moved here said black appliances in units Nothing is updated not even the smell in the unitsthese apartments are over priced For them to not be updated or have amenitiesits a messthink hard and do your research before moving over here These people dont care They just your money more ... hide ...

I lived in this property 6 years they changed management several times No they did not remodel apartments They do have mold in units which was reported nothing was done There are roaches in the units and man does spray they eventually do leave after I lived in this property 6 years they changed management several times No they did not remodel apartments They do have mold in units which was reported nothing was done There are roaches in the units and man does spray they eventually do leave after 10 times spraying unit Also Crown bay management cannot be a real company the mailboxes are broken the washhouse is dirty Shannon Wilson never answers the phone and nothing is never done Don t waste your money or time moving there more ... hide ...
