At the end of August, I moved into this place, but it has been a horrible experience. Roaches are all over, and I even killed 60 of them in just two hours, despite complaining to the management several times. I am not comfortable sleeping here, so I have been spending the nights with friends. Additionally, even though I have paid my rent on time, I have been receiving notices saying otherwise. It is also difficult to reach the office; when you call, there is no answer, and you can't leave a voicemail as the line is disconnected. The website also does not have a payment portal, even though I was told that it would be ready by September 1st. This is very inconvenient, as the office operates during my working hours. The area is also dangerous; I once saw someone being mugged right outside the complex. After dark, I don't even feel safe walking to my car from my apartment. more ... hide ...
