Due to Covid-19, many of us in the community have had to make adjustments. First, let me explain the "treasure": its location is easily accessible, with close proximity to Kennesaw, Marietta, Smyrna, and 285. The "diamond in the rough" is the apartment complex itself; it may not be noticeable at first, but it has a beauty that radiates like a diamond once you become a part of it. The "gems" of the community are the neighbors; you can see them come and go, with different cultures and children playing on the playground. The maintenance workers are constantly preparing the apartments for new occupants, and the office manager is always warmly welcoming new people and explaining the application process (be sure to wear a mask!). This is the memory I will take with me, so if you ever catch a glimpse of light from this community, you could be the next precious gem added to the treasure chest. Goodbye, everyone. I recently apply to garden terrace not too long ago and was denied for the apartment but before I was denied for the apartment I had paid a 200 deposit and with a money order so with them serving me the papers from my denial and for what reasons I w I recently apply to garden terrace not too long ago and was denied for the apartment but before I was denied for the apartment I had paid a 200 deposit and with a money order so with them serving me the papers from my denial and for what reasons I was denied I still had this 200 money order and I asked the manager in the office didnt know cause shes very rude if she could Refund the money and she said yes she could with a check so on the 26th of October I brought the check up there to her and she said that uh she would call me when The check was ready it is now November 5th Ive been up there several times and to no Avail I have not received my check yet all they can say is it hasnt come through UPS or fedex or whatever yet yet now mind you I called Western Union today and the check was not cashed until the 2nd of November so now Im wondering where is my check why havent I received my refund more ... hide ...

Great people but me and my mom were homeless and they let us get into this home we lived there for 2 years I think almost 3

Not bad for the price Nice apartments and just good hard working people It is not within walking distance to the square though 21 walking miles to marietta square
