They are terrible at responding, and getting maintenance done is like pulling teeth. The maintenance people wait for orders, but it's Flournoy who fails to deliver the message, so if you have requested something that has not been done, you must constantly call. I moved into a house, and the outlets did not work, and the refrigerator was infested with roaches. They still tried to charge me for the days that I could not stay in the house. Thankfully, the owner came by and saw the condition, giving me back my money and selling the property to Great Jones. These people are basically slumlords and they do the least they can. I had originally planned to advertise this real estate company, believing they were great, but all of Georgia is corrupt so beware and steer clear of places like this and Truman Reality. I have proof of everything I have complained about and I have not even shared the most upsetting parts.
