The walls were thin, so we heard everything. Our water bill was exorbitantly high for a few months; it was almost three times our normal cost, even though we had not changed our water usage habits. We also had a fridge that stopped working (likely due to mice chewing away at the wires) and it took several days for maintenance to give us a new one. Calling them everyday - and sometimes even twice a day - did not help speed things up. Furthermore, I did not feel secure living there. During my second week, my car's catalytic converter was stolen from my car's parking spot. There were no cameras or security present. Additionally, the outside locks to the units were not working, and neighbors kept the doors open. In hindsight, I should have checked the Google reviews before moving in.
