This particular property in Pinellas County, Florida is extraordinary; upon entering the lobby, one can't help but feel as if they were in a four-star hotel due to its inviting ambiance. The receptionist was professional and friendly as she reviewed my application line by line. She pointed out a few errors and omissions, which I was able to correct and resubmit. Unfortunately, the waiting list for this property is around a year and a half; this is the normal timeline for HUD properties in the area, and Section 8 housing has a five-year waiting list where applications are not accepted. Nice place to live beautiful apt the building has laundry library a little store they have parking lot not for guests and you need to be in a waiting list to get it
