THE WATER BILL IS SKY HIGH NO MATTER HOW MUCH USAGE Then they had the nerve to send out notices to residents that if u are late consistently that your lease will not be renewed. Who Cares!!!! You still get your $100 late fee regardless!! No carpet cleaning, no pest control.
