I moved into Kenwood Place 2 12 years ago because the rent was affordable and the benefits of an exercise room business center with computers television room with comfortable chairs and a community room all accessible 24 hours a daynThat has all chan I moved into Kenwood Place 2 12 years ago because the rent was affordable and the benefits of an exercise room business center with computers television room with comfortable chairs and a community room all accessible 24 hours a daynThat has all changed The amenity rooms are locked down at 8 PM daily and are locked holidays and weekends due to some womens fear of a homeless person getting in and sleeping in one of the abovementioned roomsnThis is an over 55 community bit those of us who are over 55 and still working normal business weekday business hours the amenities are locked up after 8 pm and holidays and weekendsnAll the reasons and amenities that I moved in for are closed off to me except normal business hours I am writing this on thanksgiving and I cannot get into the business center the community room the exercise room or the television roomnIt is time for me to start looking for another apartment more ... hide ...

Love living here the ground is beautiful they keep it very clean inside and out We have washer and dryers in the units you dont have to pay for water and trash its cable ready and its rent restriction The management is great fast response if needed m Love living here the ground is beautiful they keep it very clean inside and out We have washer and dryers in the units you dont have to pay for water and trash its cable ready and its rent restriction The management is great fast response if needed maintenance lives on ground I believe the buildings like three or four years old they pretty strict which I love they do apartment checks which I have no problem whatsoever we have free unlimited bug man Ive never seen a bug Ive lived here half a year Im not used to having a smaller space but Ill tell you it works because its very very nice more ... hide ...

Beautiful grounds Rooms are spacious and comfortable Very good staff Like living here no more lawns to mow or other responsibilities All appliances one needs
