The property management team is awesome Anytime Ive had any questions or concerns im able to get them addressed in a timely manner I appreciate the up keep of the property and how quickly any maintenance requests get fulfilled

I've been living here for almost 9 years and Francisco has been here for even longer, always looking after the property. I've never had a work order that wasn't taken care of. He manages the complex like it's his own and, even though some residents don't make his job any easier, his commitment to this place is unshakable. While Marjorie is fairly new, she has already made a significant positive impact on the apartment complex. She is a person of her word and does more than just listen to concerns - she takes action to make the environment safe, fair, clean, and friendly. She has achieved more than any of the previous property managers since I've been here. I have some unfavorable opinions about the main corporate office, Concord Cafe, which is why I'm taking away one star, however, Francisco and Marjorie have earned my utmost appreciation for their hard work and dedication to Lakewood Pointe. more ... hide ...
