Out of all the different housing complexes I've lived in, none of them had employees who treated people the way they did. They said I had to get JEA activated before I could get a tour of the apartment, but then someone called me and told me I could do the tour. When I arrived, the lady began talking to me about how they take pride in their reviews and that one had been posted that day "sounding like me". I hadn't posted a review until then, so it was strange that she brought it up. She then tried to confront me about a review that I hadn't even written. After that, I was finally able to take a look at my apartment, and it was DISGUSTING. It smelled of cigarettes and bleach, and the cabinets were falling apart. Why did they keep postponing the move-in date if the place still wasn't ready? I decided not to sign the lease and left. Everyone in the office has an unpleasant attitude.
