This company was hands down the absolute worst with communication. Paid all of the fees (app fee and holding fee) just to go back and forth with the automated email reponses concerning the application. I had all of my paperwork ready to go, within 5 mins of email, I submitted what was needed and then get another automated response that they need the same thing. Instead of communicating to explain why the document wasnt accepted. And forget about getting a same day answer, wait one business day for another automated reply....The whole experience was a nightmare, from the office staff to the application staff. Con artists just waiting to take your money right from the start. I may be out 350$ but boy did I learn a lesson on renting.more ...hide ...
